3. *RESTRICTIONS: To participate in the giveaway, the entrant must be 18+ and reside in the United States.

4. BALLISTA company will award the giveaway prize. It will consist of the Ballista BAT Compound Pistol Crossbow, a manual, a Ballista Green Red Dot, and 6 Ballista STING 13” hunting bolts.

5. The giveaway start date is 12/23/2022 and will close on 01/06/2023 at 11:59pm.

6. Giveaway entry is free.

7. Winner will be randomly selected from the entries using Excel random selection tool.

8. The selected giveaway winner will be announced within 3 days after the giveaway ends (to allow some time for contacting the winner).

9. The winner will be contacted first to make sure they are a real person. In case of being selected, the giveaway entrant will have to respond to the company representative who will reach out to them within 3 days from the giveaway end date. Otherwise, an alternative entrant will be randomly selected. They will be required to provide an address to which the prize can be mailed.

10. The award process will be completed by mail. The giveaway prize will be mailed to the randomly selected entrant within two weeks after receiving their address. The address has to be legitimate for shipping and located within the United States. Each state’s laws and regulations regarding crossbows and crossbow accessories are a responsibility of the winner.

11. By entering the giveaway outlined above through completing the necessary entry steps, the entrants agree to the giveaway terms outlined in this document.
