No worries, the separation of strands in your right cable is completely normal, as it’s how the cables are built. Under tension they seem like one solid piece, but since they jumped off the cams, the tension is gone and the strands are relaxed. When you receive the press tool, you’ll be able to put on the cables and the string back on the limbs (according to the video from the prior email) and they will look and function properly.
