The description states that these bolts weight 285 grain per, however they actually weigh 473.8 grain (30.7 gram). This difference between actual and advertised is 188.8 grain… that’s not a small error. The difference changes my expectation for speed.

Also, when the barbed tips are screwed on tight they are not square with the nocks. Therefore the barbs are not horizontal at rest, which allows one of the hinged barbs is to dangle. This is annoying and could be a potential snag for the fishing line, and lead to lost bolts.

Other than that, I’m looking forward to trying them out they seem like they should work regardless of being overweight and not square.
